The Montessori Alzheimer Center provides certified trainings focused on Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive disorders and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Lewy body, etc. The adapted Montessori approach aims to preserve the autonomy and dignity of those living with dementia, despite the disease.

Duration of Training – 12 hours:

4 separate training sessions – each session is 3 hours in videoconference via Zoom*

*Face-to-face/on-site training is also available.

Follow-up Coaching – 1.5 hours:

1 complimentary follow-up coaching session (via Zoom) scheduled approximately 1 month after the end of the 12-hour training program.

Certification:

Certificates are awarded to participants based on their participation in all four 3-hour training sessions and  the 1.5-hour follow-up coaching session.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

No refunds will be made less than 10 days before the training start date.

Deposits for group training sessions are non-refundable.

A registered participant who cannot attend the training they have registered for may request a refund up until 10 days prior to the start of the program. Alternatively, the participant may attend a future session or send a substitute.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel sessions when circumstances dictate. In the case of rescheduling or cancellation, registered participants will be contacted and offered the opportunity to attend a rescheduled session or receive a refund of their fee.
