Guy Lambert :
I graduated from the University of Montreal in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
I have been working with people for 35 years
3 years as a unit manager in a CHSLD
For 25 years I have been the owner of an RPA with about 60 beds
At the same time, I have been a clinical nurse in a CHSLD for the past 10 years in the Granby region
I participated in the creation of a unit for people with behavioral disorders in the CHSLD where I work
I participated in the training of the staff of the Eastern Townships Health and Social Services Centre on the person-centered approach (Project OPUS) for people with dementia (SCPD)
The training (Project OPUS) uses the principles of the Montessori method which allows me to join the team of Montessori trainers in order to share my experience and improve the quality of life of people with dementia.
